Alejandro is the Partner and Managing Director of Triay & Triay Spain's office in Marbella.
A specialist in realty and development he has considerable experience and contacts within Spain, notably in Madrid where he has worked for a number of years for Property Development firm's. Major achievements in his career to date have been front-running the location, development and organisation of the new Spanish American Express Head Office, the provision of expert legal advice for a number of international mortgage banks (Reinhyp, RBS, Algemaine Bank, Eurohypo, Commerzbank, and ING) and also the provision of Due Diligence responsible for Lar Grosvenor, Madrid.
Alejandro is experienced in providing expert advice in all areas related to national and international real estate developments, including but not limited to, Legal advice and surveillance in the following areas: land acquisitions, financing, assurance, contracts, asset property, and services management.
Further, as Managing Partner of one of the firm's Spanish offices, he and Triay & Triay are able to provide a multilingual service to Spanish, International and Expatriate clients in the following areas: Wealth Management and Planning matters, Trusts and Wills / Probate, Property & Conveyancing, Company & Commercial, and Litigation.
