Charles is a partner in our litigation department. He undertakes general dispute resolution including interim remedies, asset tracing, civil and commercial litigation, financial services, banking / regulatory litigation, trust / family disputes, divorce, separation and child related matters including custody / access disputes and international child abduction. Charles is a trained mediator and undertakes mediation as part of his practice.
He has been described as "Excellent" by Chambers Europe 2007, he "Inspires client trust and confidence" by Chambers 2008, and has been recommended as a "Leader in their Field" by Chambers Global 2009.
