Additional information:
Ivan works very closely with James Ramagge, a partner of the firm. His main area of practice includes Shipping & Admiralty, where he is gaining first hand experience in dealing with the registration and financing of vessels on the Gibraltar Commercial Ships Register acting for both ship owners and international shipping banks. He also works with individual private clients who wish to register their private yachts on the Gibraltar Pleasure Yacht Registry, and has assisted in matters relating to international banks and leasing companies financing pleasure yachts in Gibraltar. Further, he has dealt with the preparation of employee contracts for the crew members of a number of large Private Yachts.

Additionally, Ivan is gaining valuable experience within the Company & Commercial, Private Client, Personal Injury, Criminal Litigation, and small claims (debt collection) sectors. Having studied Internet & E-Commerce Law, which is an area of Gibraltar's economy that is growing, he is keen to develop his experience in this field.

Ivan is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and the General Council of the Bar of Gibraltar.
