Jay joined the firm in September 2010 and is currently an Associate within the Commercial and Funds Team.

An LLB (Hons) Graduate from Kingston University London, Jay completed the Bar Vocational Course at the City Law School, London, focusing on Company and Commercial Law. He is a member of the Middle Temple and was Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2010.

In 2008 he was awarded a Certificate from the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association for his contribution to the advancement of Parliamentary Democracy and Commonwealth relations and was introduced to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Marlborough House.

Jay is a very active sportsman and is a member of the Calpe Rowing Club. Having competed at Henley Royal Regatta and medalled at the British University Championships, whilst studying in the United Kingdom he formed part of both Kingston University and Kingston Rowing Club’s Elite Men’s Squad. He also held the position of Treasurer during his time with Kingston University Boat Club and was formerly also a junior member of Thames Tradesmen Rowing Club, London.
