Sarah joined the firm in September 2008 and completed her training contract in September 2010 under the direction of the firm's training principal Charles Simpson.
Sarah started out in the Litigation team, where she gained experience in the different aspects of commercial civil litigation alongside Charles Simpson and Freddie Vasquez QC. She then moved to the Corporate & Commercial department under the supervision of Robert Vasquez before undertaking her final seat in the Property & Private Client department with Julian R Triay and Joseph E. Triay Jnr.
Sarah undertakes a lot of private client work, working towards meeting clients’ objectives of preservation of their wealth and assets for their future generations, with the ancillary tax issues that such planning can raise. Such work ranges from the drafting of Wills, Letters of Wishes, the establishment of discretionary trusts, advice on re-domiciliation to Gibraltar and the advantages of effective estate planning.
