19 Dec Gibraltar Law – The Employment Law Review 6th Edition
Triay & Triay lawyers Alan Buchanan and Joseph Gomez have contributed to The Employment Law Review 6th Edition, which will, for the first time, include a chapter on Gibraltar employment law.
The Gibraltar chapter will provide a general overview of Gibraltar employment law, a commentary on developments in Gibraltar employment law in 2014 and what we can expect to see in local and European employment law in the forthcoming year. It will be a useful reference point for practitioners, employees and employers with a Gibraltar connection and for those who wish to compare Gibraltar law with that of other jurisdictions in relation to employment matters.
Alan Buchanan, Partner at Triay & Triay and head of the firm’s employment team commented that:
“The Employment Law Review has a global readership and is unique in its business-focused, analytical and discursive nature. As Gibraltar lawyers with a special interest and thriving practice in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, we were delighted to have joined some of the world’s most prestigious employment law firms in contributing to this esteemed publication, particularly as this is the first time it will feature a dedicated chapter on Gibraltar.”
The Employment Law Review will be published in January 2015 and a PDF version of the Gibraltar chapter will be available on our website.
