Abraham is a former partner and now consultant of the firm and forms part of the Property and Private Client teams.
Since joining the firm in late 1969, he has appeared, at first instance and on appeals to the Gibraltar Court of Appeal, in shipping, matrimonial, paternity, criminal and landlord and tenant matters.
He represented the Plaintiffs in the first case in Gibraltar in which damages were awarded in a currency other than Sterling “The Norfolk Multina” Gibraltar Law Reports 1877-1977 p386.
AB is recognised by Chambers and Partners for “his vast experience in Gibraltar real estate” and Legal 500 said of him “his knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector is unmatched in Gibraltar”. He forms part of Legal 500’s Hall of Fame and is categorised by Chambers as a Senior Statespeson.”
