Chris is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and financial services teams.
He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, drafting articles of association, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, alteration of share capital, directors’ duties and corporate governance, strike-off and restoration of Companies and data protection. Chris also advises on a full range of financing transactions often acting for some of the largest global financial institutions. Chris’ client portfolio also includes a high-end designer furniture corporation, a world-class luxury resort hospitality company and a global multi-line reinsurer.
In 2017, Chris co-authored the Gibraltar chapter for the Mergers and Acquisitions Review (11th Edition).
Chris read English and Spanish law at the University of Kent, Canterbury where he undertook a year of study at the Universidad de Castilla la Mancha in Toledo, Spain. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London in 2015.
