Julian (or Pelu) heads up the Property department.
His main area of practice is in property law in all its aspects, including sale and purchase transactions and financings, and Landlord and Tenant advice. He has particular experience in advising on boundary issues, lease obligations and rights to light. Julian has recently been active in advising on planning matters. He has also assisted on enforcement of security in Gibraltar, which has included the provision of insolvency advice.
He advises private clients on wills and on the administration of estates.
Julian also assists in the shipping and admiralty department in relation to P & I Club’s related claims for salvage collisions, oil spills and limitation.
He has co-written the Gibraltar Chapter on Butterworths International Guide to Money Laundering and has also authored PLC’s Guide to real estate in Gibraltar.
