Mark is an associate and forms part of the Corporate & Commercial Team, Dispute Resolution Team and Financial Services Team.
Mark primarily focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including advising on the incorporation of companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, shareholder disputes, corporate restructuring, and general corporate work. Mark also advises on claims dealing with transfer of undertakings (“TUPE”) issues, whistleblowing, discrimination, redundancy, and unfair dismissal as well as general employment work. He also assists in general civil matters such as contract disputes and advises on licensing requirements and regulatory, operational, passporting and distribution matters in relation to funds, investment managers, companies, and intermediaries.
Mark undertook his BPTC at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham, and was called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2018. He then gained valuable experience at a leading East Midlands law firm in both the Residential Conveyancing Team and Employment Team. Mark Joined the firm in September 2019 and was called to the Bar in Gibraltar in December 2020 upon completion of his training contract.
