Triay contribute to the 11th edition of the Mergers and Acquisitions review

Alan Buchanan, partner, and Chris Davis, associate, from Triay’s Corporate & Commercial team have co-authored the Gibraltar chapter in the 11th Edition of The Mergers & Acquisitions Review.

The Mergers & Acquisitions Review forms part of a highly accredited series of books from The Law Reviews and acts as an international information tool for practitioners, in-house counsel, governments and corporate officers operating or advising in this sector.

The 11th Edition of this publication provides a particular focus on “hot topics”, interesting deals and development in “M&A” practice, both domestically and internationally.
