Abraham is a former partner and now consultant of the firm and forms part of the Property and Private Client teams.
Since joining Triay & Triay in late 1969, he has appeared, at first instance and on appeals to the Gibraltar Court of Appeal, in shipping, matrimonial, paternity, criminal and landlord and tenant matters.
He represented the Plaintiffs in the first case in Gibraltar in which damages were awarded in a currency other than Sterling “The Norfolk Multina” Gibraltar Law Reports 1877-1977 p386.
