Chris Davis

Chris is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and financial services teams.

He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, drafting articles of association, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, strike-off and restoration of Companies, software licensing and data protection. Chris has also acted for a number of banks on a full range of financing transactions.

Chris also advises regulated entities within the financial services sector on a host of matters including licencing, corporate governance, capital and operational requirements.

Chris read English and Spanish law at the University of Kent, Canterbury where he undertook a year of study at the Universidad de Castilla la Mancha in Toledo, Spain. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London in 2014.
