Imogen is an Associate and forms part of the Dispute Resolution team.
Imogen’s main practice area is civil litigation. She is frequently instructed on matters of personal injury and clinical negligence and has assisted on a number of employment cases, general civil matters, such as contract disputes, and company applications. Imogen is well acquainted with various methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and is a qualified civil and commercial mediator with ADR Group.
Imogen read Theology at Durham University, graduating with an upper second-class BA (Hons). She subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law followed by the Bar Professional Training Course, for which she received a Very Competent. She then gained valuable experience in a number of different areas of law having worked as a paralegal in the corporate commercial department at a leading sector law firm in London (VWV solicitors), as a trainee-advocate in the advocacy department of a UK nationwide law firm (Lyons Davidson Solicitors) and as an assistant prosecutor for the Military’s Prosecuting Authority. She joined Triay & Triay in September 2018 and was called to the Bar in February 2020.
