Jay (Snr) is a Consultant and forms part of the Dispute Resolution and Private Client team.
Following his retirement as a Superintendent in the Royal Gibraltar Police, Jay joined Triay & Triay in 2012. He regularly advises clients in relation to employment and criminal law employment related matters given his extensive background and experience in criminal law and executive management.
He is the mainstay of the firm’s thriving practice in contentious employment matters. His reputation, commercial acumen, local knowledge and contact base mean that he represents a mix of both national and international employers and Gibraltar employees on all aspects of employment law and human resources matters.
Jay’s Private Client practice consists of advising clients in respect of Gibraltar residency, their immigration status, Category II Status and High Executive Possessing Specialist Skills (HEPSS) applications.
