Sarah Polson

Called to the Bar: 2023

Sarah is an Associate and forms part of the Dispute Resolution Team. She works closely with partner Chico Triay and the other associates who are focused on personal injury.    The team represents several insurance companies, providing cover for various lines including motor, employer, occupier and public, among others. They also represent claimants in personal injury and and medical malpractice claims.

While now focused on a personal injury practice, Sarah’s prior experience included handling employment matters, including redundancies, settlement agreements and disciplinary issues. She also previously assisted in landlord and tenant disputes, including possession proceedings and tenancy breaches.

Sarah read Law with Business at The University of Brighton, graduating with a LLB (Hons) in 2015, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2019 with a commendation. She completed both the Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law at the University of Gibraltar and the Professional Skills Course at the University of Law in 2021.  Sarah joined the firm in November 2025 as an Associate.
